Q.How is shipping calculated and arranged?

We provide the packing list (dimensions, weight, number of cartons) so you can get an accurate shipping cost. We can connect you with our trusted shipping partners who frequently deliver to Africa and worldwide, or you can use your own freight forwarder.

Q.Are your products shipped directly from the factory?
